Even Longstanding Clients Need To Be Schooled…

beeline_logo.jpgA prominent general contractor, and long-time client of Beeline and Blue, toured their facility during a Lunch and Learn this week. Even after decades of reciprocal business dealings, the tour succeeded in informing them of Beeline and Blue’s expertise in environmental graphics, also known as indoor wall décor.

For this particular client, Beeline and Blue created a marketing piece to help them understand the depth of their knowledge in this side of the digital printing business. They also combined and adapted PowerPoint presentations from HP which they presented during the Lunch and Learn. 

Combined with a comprehensive facility tour, these pieces drove home their rich experience in indoor wall decor. Beeline and Blue also introduced this client to customized window shades which their interior design department didn't know existed--they had been buying their window shades from a catalog!

The client said they had no idea Beeline and Blue was so equipped with insights and capabilities in the environmental graphics world. They were so impressed that they are sending their Business Development personnel over to their facilities for a personal tour and presentation. 

Steven Strooh says “This just confirms what we heard at the last conference. Shop tours are absolutely essential, even for long-term customers.” Steven also says the client thought they only made Coroplast way-finding signage!

As the saying goes, you don’t know what you don’t know.

At Beeline and Blue, they can say “Now this client knows!”
