Ever wonder where to go for some of the biggest flags ever created? SBR/Vision Graphics helped two countries show their patriotism in Mexico City by producing these two flags for the NFL to help pay homage to the host country of Mexico and the United States of America during their pre-game ceremony. The New England Patriots faced off against the Oakland Raiders in a pre-season game in Mexico City.

Check out the article from SBR/Vision Graphics plus the video as well!

Each flag measured 120' x 75' and stretched from the 40-yard line to the goal line. The specs for each flag included more than 9,000 square feet of fabric. They used a special fence fabric with perforations to allow each flag to breath a bit and move up and down without becoming a parachute. According to Gene Chambers, Vice President of Marketing at Vision Graphics, the flags were created using 10'-wide strips which were sewn together to create the entire flag. The edges were given reinforced hems all the way around the perimeter. One advantage that Vision Graphics has is they have the space to be able to lay out each flag to double check the size and the measurements. Additionally, Vision Graphics produced the graphics that were used on the arches where the players from both teams would enter the field.
