Take a look at this article from Pat McGrew from Keypoint Intelligence/InfoTrends regarding how Gen Z consumers (18-24) consume traditional media types--like printing. This expected generational shift is coming and faster than you think, but the good news is they are embracing media such as newspaper ads, direct mail, billboards, signs in brick-and-mortar stores and individualized messaging. And the even better news is that they are just starting to come into their top consuming years.

The latest research according to Forbes and Keypoint Intelligence/InfoTrends is that digital marketing, sales and marketing materials and print publication advertising are the top three ways that companies communicate with their customers. That's exactly how Gen Z consumes information as well as Millennials and Gen X. Give this article a read, it's a bit long, but well worth it because you'll see extensive information with the numbers to back it up that might help you plan your communications and your client's communications for 2019.
